When will my order ship?
Everything is ground after you order, so packing begins within 24 to 48 hours. Most orders reach you in 3 to 5 days after that, depending on your pincode.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not gone into a grinding batch. Message us as soon as you can and we will check.

My pack arrived damaged.
Send us a photo of the carton and the pouch within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.

Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We deliver across India, and we are working on it.
