If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Orders are processed and shipped per our applicable procedures. Delivery timelines shown on the website or at checkout are estimates, and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You're responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information — address, PIN code, phone number, and other necessary details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

You may request cancellation before an order enters our grinding, preparation, packing, or dispatch process. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible given the nature of our food products.

Approved cancellations of prepaid orders are refunded per our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, products generally can't be returned after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, compromised, incorrect, or missing product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs.

Our products may contain, or be processed in facilities that handle, ingredients that could cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

Products should not be consumed after their stated expiry or best-before date.
